Just found another article on Celiacs. It seems to be a bit more in depth..

Hi Rob. Happy B’day for beginning of month!!! Wow, I have just read your celiac info…..it sounds like me too. I used to teach with a woman who was a celiac, she could still have a varied diet and was very health conscious. Hope ur good besides all this. Have been very busy and jed has had many ear infections and tonsil problems….he is going to a specialist next week.
